Meal Prep Instructions


  • Slice - Preheat oven to 400 and bake for approx 10 minutes uncovered
  • 1/2 Tray - Preheat oven to 400 and bake for approx 20 minutes uncovered


Tuna Melon Sushi Bowl

  • Tuna melon is best served at cold or room temperature - it is NOT suggested to heat it up
  • Reheat rice via skillet 


Thai Basil Stir Fry

  • Reheat via skillet - small amount of oil, water, or veggie broth is optional


Tomato Soup

  • Reheat via pot on stove


Pesto sandwich

  • Assemble & enjoy!
